ABOUT ME
I'm a Senior Worldwide Specialist Solutions Architect at AWS, focused on Cloud Operations and LLM & Agentic AI Observability. I got my start in the support trenches: four years and over 1,000 production cases breaking in creative ways. That experience still shapes everything I do.
My work sits at the intersection of customers, product, and the field. Enterprise teams usually come to me with the same question in different forms: how do we operate this at scale? Some days that means designing production-ready architectures that hold up past the proof-of-concept. Other days it means sitting with a CTO, making the case for why their AI agents need evaluations before they need more features. I try to be equally useful in both rooms.
What I learn in the field goes back into the product. When five customers hit the same wall, I take it to AWS product teams. I also shape how the industry thinks about these problems through AWS blogs, re:Invent and Summit sessions, and open workshops that set the playbook for operating AI at scale.
The throughline hasn't changed since the support days: show, don't slide. A working architecture earns more trust than a polished deck ever will. In 2025, that approach earned the AWS EAMM org Annual Award for Customer Obsession.
